warping overhangs

So I've got this problem with small diameter overhangs on parts where the tip of the overhang tends to curl up as it cools. At first I thought this was an over extrusion issue, but now I think it's mostly warping. Any advice?

Good morning,

In Cura you may want to build wall around the printing so that it keeps the heat inside the printing area, it may help, in the other hand if you are printing with AB, this filament has a tendency to warp any way unless the whole printer is in a box so that it keeps the heat.

It could also be your minimum layer time,

thanks. I think this last might help. I don't think it's the layer time because there are lots of these little overhangs per layer, so each layer does actually take a while.

I mentioned the cooling fan because I was over-cooling and once I fixed that my prints started not having issues on overhangs. Weird but it works.
