Since I've upgraded to the BIQU H2, I've been extremely impressed with it's performance. I've had no issues with the unit since I've been using it, and it solved my layer adherence issues to the EZFlex…no idea how…I was just having a heck of a time getting my first layer to stick with the stock hotend, it very well could have been in need of a new nozzle.
If anyone does do the BIQU H2 upgrade, I had very quickly modeled this mount up for the EZABL 18mm, and it seems to have very close offsets to the Petsfang mount that MakerMike had made (which was a phenomenal mod, and was an excellent cooling solution when I was running the stock hot end).
I'll make a more robust model in the future, but if anyone does this upgrade and is in a bind to mount an EZABL on it, here's a quick mount that attaches outside of the stock BIQU H2 cooling fan. You shouldn't needs supports to print, you'll need longer screws to install though.
