Yet another print quality help request thread that you've no doubt seen millions of.
Rig:
CR10
Klipper firmware
Original TH3D EZABL
Extruder top replaced for metal
Silicone insulator for hot end
Noctua fans
TH3D uprated mosfet for bed
TH3D PET print surface/mat
Dual Z mod (using single original stepper)
Solid mounted bed
capricorn bowden tube
PLA filament
All machine wheels replaced for hardened ones
Belt tensioners fitted
anti-backlash nuts on both Z axis and lead screws appropriately lubed
Z braces
Petsfang cooler
TH3D filament detector
Z drive has a decoupler to replace the flex joint
Comments:
Difference across X gantry is 0.15mm
Min/max spread across bed is 0.4mm, but this occurs in the very corners of the 300*300 build plate
Print surface affixed to glass sheet, secured to ali bed w/ clips
Pressure advance tuned in klipper
Input shaper not yet tuned (waiting for accelerometers to arrive)
PLA has been out of box/bag for 3 months (:S)
